We also offer other fees (above), including a 'No Sale, No Fee' option, so you can even try our service for FREE if you wish – either way, it's a fraction of what other agents charge! Step 1
Our local agent will visit your home to measure up, take photographs and prepare the floorplan and virtual tours. They'll also discuss your pricing options to make sure your house is presented in the most attractive way possible. Remember, the price you sell at is entirely your choice, so we won't push you into advertising at a lower price to get a quick sale!Step 2
Our head office staff will then create a full sales brochure for your property, which will be e-mailed to you so that you can check it and make any amendments you feel necessary. Once you are happy, this will be uploaded to the Hatched website. You can also print out copies if you want to give them to people who come to view. For an example brochure click here. We’ll also give you an exclusive log in to your own page on our website where you can track the progress of your sale. Your house will then appear on all of the major property search websites including Rightmove, Primelocation, Globrix, Findaproperty, Propertyfinder, and Fish4Homes, as well as over 150 other local and national websites. So your home will be exposed to around 60 million property searches per month. Step 3
When a customer expresses an interest in your property we will contact you immediately to arrange a viewing. After they have visited we actively encourage them to give us feedback. You can then read their comments on your page on our website – we'll even e-mail you when someone has left a new comment. You can also see how many times your property has appeared in a search, been viewed or had details requested. When a customer makes an offer we will negotiate on your behalf using our experience to get the best possible deal. We'll also ensure that all offers are recorded in writing.Step 4
Once a sale has been agreed we'll handle all the usual paperwork right through to completion.We offer the same service and fees whether we are the sole agency or you are using multiple agencies.
